What to do if the setup files are corrupt?

When try to install the software, it pops up “The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.”

Probably it was not downloaded completely, so please re-download the software again, and then start to install.

What is the difference between the trial version and registered version?

They are almost the same. The only difference is that the trial version only permits you to scan and preview Galaxy phone lost files, and you need to register the software if you want to recover them to your computer.

What to do if my phone can’t be connected?
